Timezone offset not converting correctly on Android

Hi,

We recently had daylight savings roll back and it has exposed an issue with the timezone offset not converting correctly.

Scenario:

  • Select Time
  • Display with timezone offset

If I select a date and time from after the roll back, it displays correctly.

If I select a date and time from before the roll back, it displays an hour earlier.

It appears to be converting based on the current timezone instead of the timezone that was active on the selected date.

This is an issue on Android only. It converts correctly on iOS.
