Conflict with Red Hat YAML Extension (redhat.vscode-yaml)

If you have the Red Hat YAML extension installed, user receives an error that the jumpToSchema command already exists. Disabling the extension prevents the error.

This is especially a problem because that extension is a dependency of the Jira and Bitbucket extension.
