How can I set or check what the K2.URL secret is in https://manage.jigx.com

Here are a few videos that explains everything regarding the Nintex and K2 app.
If you look at the second video in the playlist, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mOk7AF6FlWI - From the 2min 06 mark it shows how to change the K2 URL in management.
